At Grill And Fire Pit, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through grillandfirepit.com.

Product specifications, features, and appearance may change without prior notice. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown due to ongoing improvements or variations in materials and finishes.
Important maintenance note: due to movement, relocation, and normal use, hardware can loosen over time. It is crucial to keep all hardware tight for safety, performance, and longevity.

Restocking/processing fees: 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Additional fees may apply, including up to a 5% payment processing fee and any shipping charges (to and from).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions (all must be met):
Return request is made within 15 days of delivery Return request is considered made whenever your email is sent by you and received by Grill And Fire Pit.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.
The item must be in excellent condition with no scratches, dents, or broken parts.
The item must include all parts and accessories and be packed in its original box (for unassembled shipments) or returned in a suitable crate/packaging (for assembled freight shipments).
Used or installed products cannot be returned unless we determine the issue is due to our error upon delivery.
4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the damage or issue (including packaging)
A brief description of the problem
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit or void your ability to receive a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
We will review the information and, if approved, provide next steps and return/shipping instructions.
5. Return Shipping and Fees
If your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days after approval and follow our packaging instructions.
You are responsible for the original/outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost, plus any additional charges incurred (including payment processor fees), unless we determine otherwise in writing.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds (if approved) are the purchase amount minus applicable shipping charges (to and from), restocking fees, processing fees, and any non-refundable service costs.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item shows use, missing parts, improper packaging, or damage not present at delivery, the return may be denied or subject to additional deductions.
6. Refunds and Replacements
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies.
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval.
If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund when available.
7. Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible items if they meet the return conditions. Exchange requests must be approved in advance.
Shipping charges, restocking fees, and processing fees may still apply depending on the reason for the exchange.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery (for damage/incorrect claims)
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods
Gift cards and downloadable digital items
Accessories and add-on items may be non-refundable and non-returnable (including items that can be damaged in back-and-forth shipping or made for specific products).
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to the terms below.
A payment processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted from any cancellation refund.
If shipping has already been confirmed or scheduled with a freight carrier, any shipping fees or cancellation charges may be deducted.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must follow the return process outlined above.
10. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
